The Founder
Xperience was founded in 2016 by Niv Sabinzer, a graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, with a vision to bring clarity, craft, and collaboration into the world of digital product design.
Before launching the studio, Niv worked across a wide range of environments, from large-scale tech organizations like Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and AT&T, to small, fast-moving startups. This diverse experience shaped a systemic design perspective and strong leadership skills, allowing him to navigate different team dynamics, methodologies, and business goals.
