Product Overview

RADinsight SD is a smart diagnostics platform designed to empower CSP service desk representatives with advanced troubleshooting tools. By leveraging AI and machine learning, the platform delivers real-time visibility across the customer’s LAN, CSP network (WAN), and cloud infrastructure. RADinsight SD improves first call resolution by providing intuitive diagnostics, ML-based analytics, and actionable insights in plain language. It ensures efficient problem resolution, helping service providers enhance quality of experience (QoE) for their customers.

Design and Challenges

Our design approach focused on creating an intuitive interface that simplifies complex network diagnostics. One of the primary challenges was to present advanced technical data in a user-friendly format, accessible even to non-expert service desk operators. We integrated visual representations of network KPIs, automated resolution recommendations, and a seamless virtual ticketing system to track and document issues efficiently. The result is a robust, SaaS-based platform that reduces downtime, optimizes customer care, and streamlines troubleshooting processes without requiring additional software agents or probes.
