Product Overview

RADview is a modular, cloud-based network management platform designed for telecom providers and critical infrastructure operators. It provides end-to-end visibility, monitoring, and orchestration for RAD’s Service Assured Access solutions, enabling users to efficiently manage both physical and virtual network elements such as switches, routers, and IoT gateways. The platform supports service providers in ensuring reliable, high-performance networks with advanced diagnostic and automation capabilities.

Design and Challenges

The key design challenge was to create a highly intuitive and visually informative user interface that could support the complex monitoring needs of large-scale networks. We developed an easy-to-navigate dashboard featuring real-time data, graphic network visualization, and customizable alerts. One of the critical challenges was ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems while maintaining robust performance under heavy data loads. We focused on crafting a scalable, flexible interface that balanced complexity and ease of use, resulting in a significant reduction in downtime and improved operational efficiency for service providers.
